Sara Leport BA (hons), LRSM, PG DIP TCL, worked as resident recitalist, travelling to California, Hawaii, Mexico, Saipan, Japan, Russia, The Phillipines, China, Norway, Denmark and extensively around the Mediterranean, on board the most prestigious ship at sea, The World. Now settled in North London and giving performances more locally, Sara has performed at the Royal Opera House, Ronnie Scott’s, The Ivy, Southwark Cathedral, the Wallace Collection and The National Portrait Gallery, also holding residencies at The Waldorf, MV Minerva II, Holy Trinity Church Eltham and The Oak Room Piccadilly.

She studied English and Music at Birmingham University, and piano with `Jeremy Brown and Stephen Kovacevich, and with Hilary Coates at Trinity College of Music. Sara is currently Featured Artiste at The Grosvenor House, Park Lane, Resident Pianist at Roast, London Bridge, and Head of Piano at Streatham and Clapham Senior School for Girls.

The Sunshine Swing are collection of young musicians from in and around London, fronted by Graham Hughes on trombone. Their repertoire is built up from classics of the pre-bebop era of jazz. They can perform as a traditional jazz band (dixieland / New Orleans style), a swing band or a strolling jazz band.

A dynamic piano and saxophone jazz duo who have a wide range of material from jazz standards to Motown classics to suit a number of occasions, whether the role is to provide forefront entertainment or to create a warm atmosphere in a background setting.

Together they have played at a number of venues across the UK including The ICC in Birmingham, The National Centre for Early Music, The Sir Jack Lyons Concert Hall and The Rymer Auditorium (York), The venue (Leeds), The Concord Club, The Turner Simms Concert Hall, The Queen Elizabeth Hall and The Portsmouth Guildhall.

Sam Crockatt and his Jazz Duo/Trio/Quartet is one of the most in demand young jazz bands in London. He has been playing jazz, the majority of his life having begun at the age of ten.

Since graduating from the Royal Academy of Music in 2004 Sam has performed all over the country in venues such as Ronnie Scott’s, the Jazz Cafe, the 606, and many more, as well as headlining at the Paradise Jazz festival in Cyprus 5 times.

He is equally at home playing with his quartet in a jazz club or providing relaxed, intimate background music at parties and functions
